Basic Military Training

New recruits undergo comprehensive basic training covering fundamental military skills, unit SOPs, and tactical fundamentals. This foundation training ensures all members meet 71st Griefers standards.

Advanced Tactical Training

Close Quarters Battle (CQB): Room clearing, urban warfare, and confined space tactics.

Marksmanship: Precision shooting, range estimation, and ballistic fundamentals.

Squad Tactics: Fire and movement, bounding overwatch, and team coordination.

Communications: Radio protocols, tactical communication, and information relay.

Leadership Development

NCO and officer development programs focus on decision-making, tactical planning, and personnel management. Leadership candidates receive mentorship from experienced military professionals.

Training Schedule

Regular training sessions are conducted at Oregon Airsoft Arena with additional specialized training at approved facilities. Training schedules are distributed through Discord with mandatory attendance requirements.
